| December 1, 2006: Succession ruling concluded New company established: Ress Möbelwerkstätten GmbH & Co. KG The Ress Möbelwerkstätten have acted in good time to ensure the ongoing continuity of this family-owned company and to shape the future actively. Every aspect of the transition has been finalised between Roland and Michael Ress. One of the elements in the succession ruling is the establishment of a new company known as Ress Möbelwerkstätten GmbH & Co. KG to assume responsibility for the operative business area of Roland Ress Möbelwerkstätten from January 1, 2007 onwards. This will not lead to any changes in day-to-day cooperation with our business associates: our dedicated, customer-oriented team will continue to work from the existing premises and with the same flexibility, creativity and reliability as ever. Michael Reß will be General Manager of the new company, with co-proprietor Roland Reß retaining responsibility for the company's operative areas and contributing to its positive progress. Together with our staff, customers, suppliers and other business friends and associates, we look forward to building a successful future. |
