With a workforce of 120, Ress Möbelwerkstätten are among the important sources of employment in this region of Germany. About 100 employees work in production departments: most of them are trained carpenters and joiners, some with a master craftsman’s qualification. There are also technical process experts, engineers and quality assurance supervisors. Ress combines the immense experience of these employees with the latest technical know-how. It takes on 5 – 6 trainees each year and invests regularly in follow-up training.
